Full-color vinyl banners offer a high-impact, hard-to-miss means of getting your message out to the world.

Colorful banners help you grab attention at trade shows, events, exhibitions, conventions, grand openings and retail establishments to announce new products and services, grand openings, sponsorships, special sales or photo shoots!   Durable enough to be used inside or outside, banners are a versatile source of marketing muscle.  A picture is worth a thousand words in getting your message across.

Banners come in fabric, vinyl, mesh, retractable and pop-up.

Fabric banners are light, stunning and color fast so they can be washed, folded or rolled and are usually for indoor events.  They can be mounted using pole pockets and wooden poles or grommets.  They come in widths of 5’ - 10’ wide and up to 100’ long.  They do not reflect light and reduce glare for photographs.

Vinyl banners are more durable and can be used indoors and outdoors.   Vinyl can be hung using grommets, pole pockets to mount to a free standing display and Velcro.  They come in widths from 5’ – 16’ wide and 150’ long.

Mesh vinyl is used for outdoor applications where wind is a factor and can pass through the vents without cutting slits in a vinyl banner to prevent wind damage.

Retractable banners use a spring mechanism to roll the banner into the stand for storage, transport and easy setup.  The materials used stay flat and make an eye appealing appearance to your clients.  They come in sizes 24”, 31”, 36” 48” and 60” wide and 35” - 92” high.   The banners can be replaced for future use and they come with a premium carrying case and can be shipped.  They are easy to install by merely unrolling the banner and attaching the top rail to the support pole at the desired height.

Pop up banners are adhered to a light weight retractable / expandable silver aluminum frame with Velcro and the fabric banner is tensioned to provide a tight and crisp appearance.  Stabilizer feet are used to provide stability.  These banner stands are easy to erect and transport and come with a rolling case.  They are great for photo shoots because the fabric does not reflect light or anywhere a great appearance is required with an easy to install structure.  They are available in the following sizes:

60” x 90” x 12.25”

90” x 90” x 12.25”

119” x 90” x 12.25”

147” x 90” x 12.25”

  2. *Size

What size banner should I order?

Your banner's size often depends on how you plan to use it and the size of space available. In some cases, a large banner is warranted, while at other times such a banner might prove too overwhelming. If you're unsure which size to choose, give us a call. We'd be glad to help you find a size that's right for you.

  3. *Color Options

Which color option should I choose?

Whether placed in a storefront window, a trade show booth, or at an outdoor event, most banners are intended to draw attention. The most effective way to do that is with color. The colors you choose will ultimately depend on the design of your banner and its intent.

Two-color printing, as its name implies, uses two ink colors. One is typically black, but it doesn't have to be. One-color printing uses just a single color of ink. Again, black is most common, but you can choose a different color if you prefer.

Full-color printing provides the maximum impact and visual appeal for many banners. However, if your budget is tight, a well-conceived two-color or even one-color design can prove an acceptable alternative.

  4. *Finishing

What are my finishing options for banners?

Most banners are either held up by grommets (metal loops embedded in the corners of the banner and at two-foot intervals along the edges, depending on the dimensions of the banner) or mounted on poles, which rest in small, two-inch pockets along either the top and bottom or left and right sides of the banner. Both of these common finishing options are available.

  5. *Wind Slits

    What are wind slits?

Wind slits are small openings cut into a banner to let air pass through. They are most common on larger banners. Wind slits are meant to help relieve stress and reduce wind load on the banner and its anchors.
